Message	change, but they were starting to turn around. Just look at the V6 that they have in the Camaro. It's 300HP & 273 lb-ft, and it will run that on 87 octane. Sure it's got the usual tricks like VVT & coil on plug that we have seen on many imports for years, but they went a little further and threw on direct injection and individual cylinder knock control. All that power, with an 11.3:1 compression ratio on 87 octane.
